Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Same happened in the connecting flight, which was three and a half hours long (Bogota x Miami). First and last time flying with Avianca.

No complimentary snacks food, beverage (not even water), pillow and blanket on a 6 hours long flight (including economy comfort). A low form of nickeling an diming. Lost a recurring passanger over a soda. Avianca never again.

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

Seats suck, not enough room, overcrowded planes, hectic situation all together.

Delayed..4 times...completely disorganized boarding. After 5 hours they scrambled to move ppl off plane bc they overbooked. Then they didn't have a cabin crew. WiFi on plane didn't work. Zero amenities. Once we boarded we sat on tarmac for an hour. Explore all alternate options including purchasing a pair of hiking boots and walking to your destination instead of flying spirit.

On time and fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.

They pressure me buy a new ticket,but I was buy a for both I'm not happy

It was a worse experience. The boarding staff was rude and rude to my family. We had to endure shouting and humiliation in front of all the passengers for a bag I was carrying.

Spirit Airlines has the worst customer service. I don't advise flying with them.

Difficult to rate food and entertainment as I didn’t pay for those. I wish they were free, but that’s just not the Spirit way of things. The crew was fantastic.
