Pros:
Staff was very helpful, I needed a van to move my daughter out of her apartment and he mentioned he had a cargo van available if I needed it. Pickup was easy and drop off also10.0 Wonderful

Very stripped down version of the car. I rent a lot and gps and Cn radio are pretty standard at the same price at other companies. The worst part was the rental agent. Extremely high pressure sales tactics on the insurance. Repeatedly asking despite me saying numerous times I don't want it. "I don't want you to leave without our insurance., what will it take to get you into our insurance before you go." The kid was like a bad caricature of a used car salesman. That and the dorky stocking cap he wore even inside really ruined his professional look.10.0 Wonderful

They were very friendly.......Cons:
The vehicle was not there on time and 4 hours late. Cussed me to lose my ride and have to Uber to get it. Then change the date we were leaving for vacation and they did nothing to try and make that up at all. No discounts or anything even though it was truly their problem that caused me to have a problem.Sixt
