Cons:Bahamasair is quite possibly the worst airline ever. I can state that the employees could not have cared less about passenger comfort and were careless with passenger baggage. Delays were maddening, growing longer and longer with no explanations provided. Announcements were incomprehensible and the "thank you's " delivered at the end of the announcements were given an underwhelming degree of emphasis. They could not have cared less. If they were less motivated, they would be asleep. This has been, by far, the most infuriating and inconvenient experience with any airline that I've ever had to endure. With two delays - the first being over two hours and the second not issued until the time the plane was supposed to land - sluggish communication between employees and a work ethic fit for a marijuana distribution center, Bahamasair made my travel plans for the day impossible to fulfill. Even after arriving ever three hours later than the original schedule, nobody was in a hurry to get the patrons onto the aircraft or into the air. I watched for fifteen minutes as the flight attendant chatted with the captain, not giving any information to passengers about why time was ticking away. I was uncommonly and disastrously inconvenienced and Bahamasair was so slow that I can confidently say I will never fly with them again, and I will encourage any friends, acquaintances and even strangers whose vacation plans I happen to overhear to not, for any reason, fly Bahamasair.
