On August 22nd I reserved online a passenger van to be picked up on August 24th. I was able to reserve it online but the next day I received a call from enterprise rent a car saying that they don't have that vehicle, I tried 3 other enterprise locations and after reserving this type of vehicle they would all call me about one hour later to tell me that they do not have a passenger van. So I made 4 reservations that had to be canceled in the end, this is ridiculous, apparently, they do not know which vehicles they have in stock, I told them I will never rent from enterprise again.10.0 Wonderful

Austin and his coworker...for lack of a better description, friendly black guy, were very pleasant and the most helpful with my issues. Even though at the time I went in they were slammed with customers and Austin looked as if he was ready to shoot himself, he was still very pleasant and helpful.Cons:
Helen- the franchise manager. She was awful from the get-go. I've only ever rented from airports, so I don't know if this is the norm, but she had me do my own inspection of the car before I drove off the lot- I got a pretty beat up car with dents and scratches on all sides and a smashed in front license plate. It was early in the morning, so I may have been a bit airheaded and accidentally handed her two credit cards instead of my license and a major credit card, but as i was leaving she made sure to tell me "Please me careful with the car." Duly noted, thank you. As for the rest of my rental experience, I unfortunately got a nail in the front passenger tire on the day I was supposed to return the car. I was no where near the rental location, could not drive all the way back, so I paid to get the tire patched. Unfortunately, the patch didn't take and the tire went flat again on interstate 85. I had to pull over to the shoulder, tried calling this Hertz but they were closed for the day, so I had no choice but to call Hertz Roadside Assistance. I could not find a spare tire as far as I could see (they should really tell you where it is before you drive off the lot- how are you supposed to know otherwise?!) so I had to get it towed. I was told it could only be towed to the nearest airport, so unfortunately I could return it to the drop off location. That's just the beginning of this nightmare. I can't even begin to list out all the calls I've made and how much I've been put on hold, trying to get everything straightened out. All Helen would tell me was that I needed to follow up with Hertz ATL to make sure the car was actually there. That's all she said. So I call Hertz ATL. Hold, hold hold, get someone on the line, get transferred, get disconnected, call again, hold, hold hold, blahblahblah. Finally get someone on the line, they say it's been accounted for and Hertz Lawrenceville can close it out. I call Helen back, she says there's nothing in her system that says it's closed so she can't close it out. More calls, more holds, more disconnections, so I finally decide to just go to Hertz Lawrenceville to speak to her in person. Unfortunately, she was not there, but that's when I met Austin and said coworker. So pleasant, so helpful, said they'd make a note to make this a priority and make sure it gets closed out and get me a receipt. I leave, thinking awesome! It's taken care of. Next morning, no word or confirmation, so I call. A gentleman answers, hands me over to Helen, and first thing she does is raise her voice at me saying she can't close it out because the car is not in her possession and she doesn't have the mileage on it, and that I needed to find out the mileage and follow up with Hertz ATL. COULD SHE NOT HAVE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE??? THAT SHE NEEDED THAT SORT OF INFORMATION?! I start getting angry and tell her how much I'd been on the phone, but of course that's none of her business and she doesn't care. I've run out of space...One location in Lawrenceville
