Pros:
The first person I dealt with was not very professional. He was going to charge me because I was an hour and a half early. Not easy to work with at all. You are the only car rental place that asks for a insurance policy , who carries that with them. 🙃. The woman I ended up dealing with was wonderful. Also the man I was asking questions about gas fill up prices had no idea. Easierent by far was one of the hardest rental places to deal with. It was in the past too in Fort Lauderdale. I thought I’d give you a second chance. This will be the last time I use easierent. I wpuld pay the extra money for professionalism next time.Cons:

Sadly, your W.P.B staff are under considerable pressure and understaffed. Your manager needs support to improve the customer experience. I will choose to order next rental on site for more a "a good feel" experience. Excessive time waiting for the shuttle bus was the start of our negative trip experience.Thrifty
