Pros:Location was fantastic, right across the street from the harbor and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Beds were nothing special but decent for the price.
Cons:Bathroom was humid and dirty, water pressure was bad. Sliding door to the room didn't work properly, even after maintenance came to fix it.

Pros:the location in Hyannis harbor is GREAT !!!
Cons:the owners need to invest some money into the place. the bathroom door did not close right, the wifi was difficult and the sliding glass door to get into the room did not lock easily. The screen sliding door did not lock at all !!!

Pros:Location was great. Walk to town, ferry landing, etc... Pool was good, although small it was clean enough and great to have a pool. It was fairly quiet as well given how close to town it was and we were there on a Saturday night. Really close to some nightlife. About a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Beach.
Cons:The main entrance to each room was a glass sliding door, and locks seemed a little less than high security. It was hard to lock the door. The room itself was clean and had what we needed (beds, shower, toilet, TV), but was quite dated. I still think it was fairly decent value given what things cost in Hyannis at this time of year. During check in the front desk said that they had to "scan my driver's license and store it". I asked why they needed to scan and store it, how I could be sure it was safely stored, and what was the purpose of storing it if they had already verified it by looking at it. I offered to let them write down the details from the license, but I refused to let them scan it and the check in process was quite uncomfortable. They did let me check in, but only after repeatedly telling me that they had to scan it and this was their policy with no explanation of how it would be secure or why they needed it to be scanned and stored. In the end, they didn't scan it and never explained why they needed to do so. Parking was a struggle. Each room has spaces right in front of the room, but it seemed like everyone just parked everywhere. Even though we arrived only one hour after check in started (we arrived at 5pm), all four of the spaces in front of our two rooms were already taken and we had to park in front of another room about 100yards away around the corner in the other section of the hotel. Not a big deal, but had we arrived later there I suspect there would have been no parking available. It would be a good idea for at least one of the spaces in front of a room to be allocated to that room.

Pros:Friendly staff, location was good. basics were good. Good AC. Cosey swimming pool.
Cons:Tourist season drove up prices to over $170, but motel was more like a $60. Add: Hooks in the bathroom, exhaust fan, more parking. Improve breakfast. Doors were rundown.

Pros:My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful.
