Drop off was easy. Staff were friendly.Cons:
The radio in our car didn't work so we called the main number. Woman told us to call the local rental agency and gave us two numbers, neither of which worked. We tried to use the bluetooth and stream music, but that didn't work either. We stuck it out with the car but no radio makes for a long ride.10.0 Wonderful
